Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery, or within 14 days for sale or clearance items. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packaging with tags and accessories, and accompanied by order confirmation or a packing slip. Customers pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection, excluding original shipping charges.
